Terms of Service

  • SAREE3 connects customers with independent captains for pick-up & drop-off, store orders, and urgent moto rides. SAREE3 does not sell the items being delivered.
  • Urgent moto rides carry one passenger, with no parcels. The passenger must wear a helmet, follow the captain's safety instructions and traffic law, and may be refused a ride for safety reasons. The fare is shown before confirming.
  • Prices are shown before you confirm. Inside Beirut the delivery fee is a flat rate; elsewhere it depends on distance. Promotions (such as a free second delivery) may change or end at any time.
  • Every order shows the delivery fee plus the goods value. For store orders the driver pays the store and the customer pays the goods value plus the fee. For pick-up & drop-off, the driver can collect the goods value from the recipient.
  • With Whish Money or OMT, SAREE3 requests the payment from the wallet number you enter to the SAREE3 business number. The order is confirmed once the payment is received.
  • Do not send illegal, dangerous or prohibited items, cash in large amounts, or anything a driver cannot legally carry. Drivers may refuse an item.
  • Whish Money and OMT payments are confirmed by SAREE3 staff. An order may be cancelled if the payment cannot be verified.
  • Drivers must hold the licences and insurance required in Lebanon, follow traffic laws, and settle cash collections with SAREE3 as agreed. Accounts can be paused for low ratings, unpaid balances or misuse.
  • Our liability for a lost or damaged item is limited to the delivery fee unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.

شروط الاستخدام

  • سريع بيربط الزبائن بكباتن مستقلين للاستلام والتوصيل، طلبات المحلات، ومشاوير الموتو المستعجلة. ما منبيع الأغراض يلي منوصّلها.
  • مشوار الموتو المستعجل لراكب واحد وبلا أغراض. لازم الراكب يلبس خوذة ويلتزم بتعليمات السلامة من الكابتن وبقانون السير، وفي للكابتن يرفض المشوار لأسباب سلامة. الأجرة بتبيّن قبل التأكيد.
  • السعر بيبيّن قبل التأكيد. داخل بيروت سعر ثابت، وبرّا بيروت حسب المسافة. العروض ممكن تتغيّر أو توقف.
  • كل طلب بيبيّن أجرة التوصيل + ثمن الغرض. مع Whish أو OMT منطلب الدفعة من رقمك لرقم سريع.
  • ممنوع إرسال أغراض ممنوعة أو خطرة. السائق فيه يرفض أي غرض.
  • دفعات Whish وOMT بيتأكد منها فريق سريع، والطلب ممكن يتلغى إذا ما تأكد الدفع.
  • السائقين لازم يكون معهم الرخص والتأمين المطلوبين ويلتزموا بقانون السير ويسوّوا حساباتهم مع سريع.
